eleodoro trebejoThis is very important. I was recommended to Tamara Aristy. She's a real estate specialist and someone I can trust 100%. She has many years of experience, and thanks to her excellent work, she found me a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in Boca Raton. She understood my situation and negotiated the best possible price for me. What I admire most about her is her constant dedication to providing the right advice and promptly answering all my questions throughout the buying process. I'm so grateful to have achieved my dream. Please don't hesitate to call her, and I assure you that the next positive review will be yours.Posted on Google

Tamara was genuinely exceptional. A good friend of mine introduced me to her. She told me I would connect you with the Best Realtor, and she did! My husband and I were impressed with her level of knowledge and the amount of data she had about the market. In addition, she was always available for home tours. Tamara provides white glove service, and her responsiveness is incredible. I love that she asked us for pictures of our previous house in a different location and she worked hard to find us the perfect home.Posted on Zillow
shannbellSelling our Parkland home with Tamara was seamless! She is a true professional, providing excellent service and clear communication from the initial meeting through post settlement. Our only regret is not being able to use her services to purchase our next home since we were relocating out of state.Posted on Zillow
k56dn5n5gtYou can’t underestimate the importance of having a representative with a calm, professional demeanor while making a real estate transaction, and Tamara has got it. The process can be frustrating and emotional, and she kept us on track with a very high level of expertise, professionalism, and guidance. I would never choose anyone else to represent me in the real estate market.Posted on Zillow

heidilevine2005This is our second time working with Tamara Aristy after she assisted us in finding a rental while we organized a move to FL from out of state. The Broward housing market has been extremely competitive during our search and she approached it with confidence and knowledge which ultimately led us to find an outstanding house. The challenge continued as we dealt with an agent from the sellers side who was uncommunicative, and unresponsive. Tamara expertly navigated this situation with professionalism, keeping us informed and calm every step of the way. We feel very fortunate to have had Tamara expertise and are enjoying our beautiful new home. She is the only Broker we would/will ever work with.Posted on Zillowheidilevine2005Tamara was incredibly knowledgeable and patient when working with my husband and I to coordinate a move from out of state based on an uncertain window of time contingent on us selling our existing house. We have two small children and she was very honest with her feedback on good school districts and favorable neighborhoods that would suit our family. She was always available to answer our questions and address any concerns we may have had. I highly recommend her and will be working with her again for our next move.Posted on Zillowgnome532003Tamara assisted In the sale of my home in Coral Springs this past spring 2020. She also assisted me in securing a rental home for my daughter and he family in a move from Austin, Texas. During both instances she demonstrated caring, commitment, and professionalism. Her comprehensive knowledge of the local communities and marketing options allowed both myself to sell our home and my daughter to secure a rental property in the area and price point they were seeking. Tamara made herself available to answer our questions and concerns as we needed. We are thankful for her commitment to our help and service our real estate needs.Posted on Zillowbryan bourreTamara is one of the most responsible and serious realtors I met, she took care of us from A to Z and always kept us up to date on everything. We utilized her both to sell an existing property, as well as to help us purchase a new home at the same time. Her knowledge of the area, loan process, and proactive information given was wonderful.
